Migration, democracy and demographic anxiety

Country Interviews Across the Globe

An international kaleidoscope

First phase

We aim to place immigration in destination countries within their historical and cultural context, acknowledging its influence on public discourse and policy.

Through exploratory interviews, we seek initial insights into the social implications of immigration, as well as the roles of media, academia, civil society and other stakeholders in shaping these debates, with lessons for Europe.

This exploratory, comparative phase identifies themes to inform future stages.
